If your delivery is time-critical, we can run it as a dedicated job. No unnecessary stops, no mixing with other loads, just a clear collection time and a direct route. This is the sort of service manufacturers and engineers rely on when a missing part has stopped a line and every minute is costing money.
Not everyone ships daily. You might be moving a single item, sending something to a customer, or collecting equipment from a supplier. We take on one-off work without making it feel like you are a nuisance for not being a contract customer.
We regularly move the items that keep businesses running: replacement components, specialist tools, urgent stock transfers, and “we need it there today” consignments. If you can tell us what it is, where it needs to be, and by when, we will organise the rest and keep you updated.
Awkward loads need more than a van and good intentions. Machinery, heavy kit, and bulky equipment often require the right vehicle, safe loading, proper securing, and a driver who treats it like it matters. Tell us the dimensions and weight (even an estimate helps), plus any access issues at either end, and we will plan the move properly.

Some goods need stable conditions. Others are fine at ambient, as long as they are kept clean, dry, and secure. We will talk through what your load needs, then match it to the right vehicle and handling.
Curtain-siders make loading easier in tight spaces and help when forklifts or side access are part of the job. If your site works best with side loading, or your load shape suits a curtain-side, we can arrange that.
No loading bay. No forklift. No problem. Tail-lift options help when you are delivering into places like small units, shops, or sites where the receiving team needs a practical way to get goods down safely.
About Us
NPO Transport Ltd is based in Spalding, Lincolnshire, and launched in April 2025. We are local, but we do not think small. The goal is simple: turn up when we say we will, keep communication clear, and take the stress out of transport for customers who have enough on their plate already.
If you have ever been left chasing a driver for an update or staring at an empty yard waiting for a collection that “should have been done”, you will understand how we work. We keep it straightforward. We confirm details, we plan realistically, and we stay contactable while the job is in motion.
Our fleet is built to fit the job, so you are not paying for the wrong vehicle or squeezing a load into something that is not right. We use small vans for quick, efficient runs such as urgent parts and smaller consignments, Luton box vans when you need extra space and a secure enclosed load area, and curtain-side Lutons when side access makes loading simpler or a forklift needs to work from the side. HGV capability is coming soon too, which will open the door to larger loads and bigger moves while keeping the same straightforward service and clear communication you get now.
